El Jefe (The Boss) is located on Marylands famed Eastern Shore, 2 miles east of the Bay Bridge, 10 miles east of Annapolis and 40 miles from Washington, DC. El Jefe opened in August 2014 and is owned by Martin Hernandez and his family.
Martin, having worked in the restaurant business for over fifteen years decided to branch out and open his own restaurant, offering authentic dishes with recipes from his homeland, Oaxaca, Mexico. You will not be disappointed with the quality of freshness of our dishes.
El Jefe offers affordable lunchtime specials, Happy Hour pricing ALL day and overall great value! We strive to provide exceptional service and pride ourselves on the family atmosphere.
